Privacy policy

Nana's Fridge ("we," "us") runs nanasfridge.com and smart fridges at businesses in the Denver area. This page explains what we collect through this website and why. Short version: we only collect what we need to answer you, and we never sell it.
What we collect
When you request a fridge, we collect your name, role, business name, business address, email, phone, approximate headcount, hours and any notes you add. We use this to contact you, plan a site visit and decide what size fridge fits.
When you use the help form, we collect the fridge location, the date and time of the issue, what happened, your email and, for refunds only, the last 4 digits of the card you used. We use the last 4 digits only to find your charge. We never ask for or store full card numbers.
When you browse the site, we may use privacy-friendly analytics to count visits and form submissions. This tells us how the site is doing, not who you are.
Payments at the fridge
Purchases at a Nana's Fridge are processed by our payment provider. We receive transaction details (such as amount, time and the last 4 digits of the card) but never your full card number.
How we store and share it
Form submissions are stored in our Google Workspace account and emailed to the Nana's Fridge team. We share information only with service providers who help us run the business (like our payment processor and email provider) or when required by law. We do not sell or rent personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep lead and help requests as long as they're useful for running the business, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information anytime.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete what we have about you, email hello@nanasfridge.com. We'll respond within a few business days.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
